Premium Support Extended Plus

Annual remote support package including 5 hours of technical support per quarter, prioritized handling and a qualified initial response within one business day. Up to 2.5 unused support hours may be transferred to the immediately following quarter. Includes one Remote System Setup & Commissioning during the first contract year plus one scheduled on-site technical support day of up to 8 working hours during the contract year.

Travel Package required for on-site services. The applicable Travel Package is determined by the actual service location, irrespective of the billing address. The service location must be specified when ordering the on-site service.

Itemized travel quotations are available on request where separate presentation of travel-related costs is required.
